2. Loyalty Points
Points are earned on qualifying purchases made through the Rowan & Hill store. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred. Rowan & Hill reserves the right to adjust, suspend or terminate the points programme at any time.
3. Rewards & Redemptions
Rewards are subject to availability. Discount codes generated through the rewards programme are single-use and subject to expiry dates. Rowan & Hill reserves the right to withdraw or modify any reward at any time.
4. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. Any activity under your account is your responsibility. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
